Blumenthal Richter & Sumet is pleased to announce that three of our practice areas have been recognized in the distinguished Legal 500 Directory for 2025. Several of our lawyers have received individual distinctions. The session will begin with an update on Thailand’s Foreign Income Tax, reviewing the government’s progress in taxing worldwide income for both expatriates and Thai citizens. The second part of the session will focus on the newly enacted Top-Up Tax Emergency Decree B.E. 2024, a measure aligning Thailand with the OECD’s Pillar II Global Minimum Tax Framework. This decree introduces a 15 percent global minimum tax for multinational enterprises (MNEs) and represents a significant step in global tax compliance.

The recently released 2025 Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide has acknowledged Blumenthal Richter & Sumet’s excellence, applauding three of our practice areas and recognizing two of our esteemed lawyers.
