• Clerical receptionist duties (copying, faxing, filing, ordering supplies, etc.)
• Scheduling meetings, greeting clients and updating appointment calendars
• Managing couriers and deliveries as well as sorting and distributing mail
• Maintaining security, monitoring logbook and handling access to the office
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to the main office number

Qualifications and Skills:

• Thai national
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English language communications skill
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Responsible, professional and motivated for career progression
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software programs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure
• Graduates are welcome
